Our process

01

Meet and greet call

We love to meet our couples with a laid-back yet insightful video call, often via zoom. It’s your chance to tell us about yourselves and the vision you share for your wedding, ask us questions and get to know each other . We will gladly share how our photography can tell your story in the most authentic way.

Signing the contract

Once you decide we’re the right fit, we’ll get down to business. We’ll send you a digital contract to fill and sign. To secure the date, we require a date payment retainer which can be paid straight after filling the contract . Yes! Lets celebrate this with a glass of something bubbly !

Pre wedding plan and prep

Closer the wedding, we’ll will ask you or your wedding planner send us the wedding day itinerary. This provides us with valuable insight into the specifics, allowing us to plan our shots and positioning in advance, ensuring that none significant moments are missed.
Usually it is a time to set out final video cal to go through agenda and last minute updates.

On the BIG day

The big day is where you should be fully present and leave the capturing of the big and small moments to us! We are here ready to create and guide you and make sure you are having the best photography experience! Just enjoy your celebrations!

Final gallery

We know you are looking forward to receive an exiting sneak peek, so we will happily share few photos within a week or two. The complete gallery of carefully edited images will be delivered digitally 2-4 months later. We put our hearts and souls into editing, to make sure you are receiving a very exciting delivery! These images will be yours to cherish, and look back on for a lifetime.

We love creating luxury photo albums

We provide 2 or more photographers.
